Exciting start for our new Erasmus+ project ENGAGE 5.0!
Marta Pinzone took part in the Kickoff Meeting organized by INDIRE for the Erasmus+ projects funded in 2025, representing our group as coordinator of the cooperation partnership ENGAGE 5.0.
ENGAGE 5.0 brings together a remarkable consortium of partners, including the esteemed Università degli Studi di Bergamo, the innovative Chalmers University of Technology, the prestigious Warsaw University of Technology, and the renowned Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics. This collaboration aims to foster and develop the essential skills required for the design and management of human-centered, digitally enabled production systems. To achieve this ambitious goal, the project employs cutting-edge learning methodologies, such as the concept of Learning Factories, which provide immersive, hands-on experiences that bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application in real-world scenarios.
As we move forward, this initiative represents a crucial step toward a transformative future where education, technology, and human centricity are seamlessly integrated to create a holistic approach that generates shared value for society as a whole. This integration is not merely about combining these elements but about ensuring that each component enhances the others, leading to innovative solutions that prioritize the needs and experiences of individuals. By focusing on human-centric design, the project seeks to empower learners and professionals alike, equipping them with the tools necessary to navigate and lead in an increasingly complex and digitalized world.
