The Learning Factory at Warsaw University of Technology (Narbutta 86) is a hands-on educationand experimentation environment for productionsystems. It supports practical classes, workshopsand applied projects in process design, planningand control, quality, continuous improvement,and data-driven decision making. The facilityincludes a machine hall with conventionalmachine tools (lathes, milling machines, drillsand grinders), a measuring machine, industrialrobots and collaborative robots, and polymer 3Dprinters. Training and demonstrations can alsouse PLC platforms from multiple vendors and awide set of sensors (e.g., force/torque, vibrationand displacement).
